Lastly: IF You Don't Like It? Then Just Go Away, PERIOD, unless it is one of the Primary Team Members, WE can sort this out further if needed...

This all just hearkens back to what we did with GS in the beginning anyway. It is not anything new. These are not new rules. This is a revisiting of the rules we already had back when Manny and Darth were here. So:

-NO display of any kind of Nudity or even remotely pornographic material in the Chatbox. This includes all material of a questionable nature that started the fuss to begin with. Not even what is commonly referred to as "cheesecake" soft core erotica, no sensuous or raunchy music video clips of phat booties, no early stages of porn scenes with booty shaking in thongs and g-strings, etc, etc, etc... It's over. We pushed the limits and people got hurt, so I GUESS it is time to pacify sensitivities and fall back...

-I guess we might as well turn off signatures and avatars for OD again as well. Just like we used to do. BECAUSE There will be no pornographic imagery of any kind on OD areas as well. The definition and rules of which fall in line with those listed for the Chat Box. No suggestive material or videos of any kind. I encourage moderators in this case to enforce the infraction system.

-I am sorry, because I rebuke all arguments to contrary, BUT this goes for strong language too. I am not convinced by the "it's not as bad or takes longer to read" arguments. If we cannot see it we cannot describe it EITHER. Mods may have the capacity to delete shouts that have offensive language/ images. Perhaps not all, but many would, I'd suppose. I know Jr Admin like Seven can. In posts and threads we will use the infraction system to enforce this censorship. Taz, Pimpslap, I hate to do this to you, but since it is your areas? It primarily falls upon you to observe and control these policies.

-NO beefing in the Chatbox either. Anyone caught doing so will be banned and mods will be demoted. You have an issue? Take to the Beef Section. Team Members? Why is The Beef Section even in the Gifted Lobby Area? I say we relocate it to the Catacombs and suppress it to the very bottom as we once did. We are neither purveyors of porn nor ignorance and insults. The NO BEEF policy likewise goes for Open Discussion. Same rules applies. You get caught disrespecting or insulting folks there and arguing with passion and ignorance in threads? Infractions up to and including banning and demotions.

These rules and regulations are to be enforced and overseen according to Moderator discretion. Again, this is Pim and Taz's area. I apologize again to the two of you. For I have come and set forth rules for your section that you had little or no say in. You may not even agree with them. But still you are burdened with the responsibility of them.

Of course, any desires to modify or amend these rules will be discussed amongst team members only. But in all honesty? I don't see the point in doing so. We all have seen what got us here...
